MANCHESTER, KY (May 28, 2019) - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that: On Tuesday May 21, 2019 Officers Ryan Jackson, Ben Webb and Sgt. Taye Napier responded to an anonymous tip received by Officer Jackson.

Upon the search of the home, officers located numerous items including a chain saw and weed eater, later identified by the victim.
Mr. Bobby J. Sizemore was taken into custody for:
- Receiving stolen property
