Manchester, Ky. - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On May 17, 2019 at approximately 2:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Ricky Cox, 44 of Manchester.
The arrest occurred on Town Branch Road when Sheriff Robinson received complaints of an intoxicated male walking along the side of the road.
Through investigation it was determined the subject was under the influence and on the person of the subject Sheriff Robinson located syringes on the subject.
