Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On March 22, 2019 at approximately 10:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested an individual after being dispatched to a residence on Highway 80.
Arrested was:
Curtis Hatfield age 42 of London, Ky.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards was dispatched to Highway 80 to a residence where the above mentioned subject was in the backyard of a residence unlawfully attempting to gain entry inside a home.
When Deputy Edwards came in contact with the subject he showed signs of being intoxicated, though investigation Deputy Edwards determined the subject was under the influence of intoxicants.
Curtis Hatfield was charged with:
Assisting at the scene was Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston, CSO Wes Brumley and Manchester City Police Officer Ryan Jackson.
