MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 17, 2019 at approximately 3:40 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Travis Bundy age 26 of Third Street.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards was leaving the jail from a previous arrest when he pulled into CMR Gas Station and came in contact with the above mentioned subject.
The subject showed signs of extreme intoxication and stated to Deputy Edwards that he had relapsed.
Through investigation Deputy Edwards determined the subject was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
