Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Mehler arrested Tracy Smith age 41 of Corbin early Saturday morning March 16, 2019 at approximately 12:09 AM.
The arrest occurred off Laurel Whitley Road, approximately 6 miles South of London after Deputy Mehler investigated a complaint where 2 female juveniles ages ten and eight were found walking along South US 25 by a female passerby who later notified Laurel 911 dispatch reporting the discovery.
