Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On March 15, 2019 at approximately 9:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston along with CSO Wes Brumley arrested Gary Wombles age 54 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when Deputies was dispatched to a complaint on Paces Creek Road of a male subject inside a residence threatening people and out of control.
Deputies arrived on scene and located the above mentioned subject in a bedroom with a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from the subject.
Through investigation the subject was intoxicated and was threatening his elderly mother and his sibling.
