MANCHESTER, KY (March 15, 2019) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston (not pictured), Manchester City Police Officer Ryan Jackson, Kentucky State Police Trooper Logan Wolfe and Manchester City Police Officer Jeremy Garrison were recognized by Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson along with Clay County Judge Executive Johnny Johnson and the Fiscal Court on March 14, 2019 for their heroic actions last month during a swift water rescue.
Clay Countians should be proud to have such fine gentlemen working to protect them.
