Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Rick Cloyd is investigating a two vehicle injury traffic crash which occurred on KY 472 approximately 4 miles east of London at the intersection with Upper Raccoon Creek Road on Wednesday evening March 13, 2019 at approximately 5:25 PM.
The investigating deputy reports that apparently a black colored Nissan Sentra pulled out from Upper Raccoon Creek Road to travel westbound on KY 472 and pulled into the path of a black colored Honda c
Civic traveling eastbound on KY 472.
The driver of the black colored Nissan Sentra was identified as: Grace A. Blanton age 18 of London transported by Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County to St. Joseph Hospital London for treatment of possible injuries. The driver of the black colored Honda Civic was identified as Richard D. Maiden age 24 of London – no injuries reported.
Assisting at the scene of the crash was Deputy Travis Napier, Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County, and Laurel County Fire Dept.
