Drug Investigation arrests at Bald Rock in Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky. -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Detective Bryon Lawson along with Detective James Sizemore, Detective Sgt. Chris Edwards, and Major Chuck Johnson arrested four individuals after Sheriff Root received a complaint on possible drug activity off London Dock Road, approximately 18 miles west of London.

The arrests occurred on Wednesday afternoon March 13, 2019 at approximately 2:34 PM after deputies and detectives conducted an investigation and found suspected Methamphetamine, suspected Cocaine, Gabapentin, Xanax, Hydrocodone, prescription drugs in bottles that had labels removed, needles, digital scales, and a marijuana pipe. Also one of the subjects had an outstanding warrant.

The four arrested individuals were identified as:

Timothy C. Anders age 59 of London Dock Road, London, Ky. charged with possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – methamphetamine; possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – cocaine; possession of a controlled substance first-degree – first offense; two counts of possession of a controlled substance – third-degree. In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license.

Jamie Caldwell age 31 of London Dock Road, London, Ky. charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin Anders age 31 of London Dock Road, London, Ky. charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hayden Campbell age 40 of Huff Aker Ave., Somerset, Ky. charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

All four individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
