Clay County, Ky. - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On March 11, 2019 at approximately 7:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Mary Hinkle age 32.
The arrest occurred when Sheriff Robinson was dispatched to a complaint at Arrowhead Trailer Park of a female subject unlawfully inside a residence.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject, she stated the homeowner had given her permission to stay at the residence.
Upon further investigation Sheriff Robinson observed a duffle bag filled with numerous items belonging to the homeowner.
Sheriff Robinson determined the female subject was inside the residence unlawfully and determined she was manifestly under the influence.
Upon searching the female, Sheriff Robinson located 2 glass pipes on the person of the female subject.
Once at the Clay County Detention Center, Sheriff Robinson asked the homeowner who is currently incarcerated if the female subject had permission to be inside the residence. He stated to Sheriff Robinson that he did not give her permission.
