Clay County, Ky. - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On March 11, 2019 at approximately 7:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Billy Herald age 35.
The arrest occurred when Sheriff Robinson was on Sacker Road when he observed the above mentioned subject at the intersection of Sacker Road and North Highway 421.
Upon making contact with the subject, he provided a false name and social security number to Sheriff Robinson.
After investigation, Sheriff Robinson was able to identify the male subject at which time the correct information was ran through Clay County 911 and it showed the above mentioned subject had two outstanding warrants for his arrest out of Owsley County District Court.
