MANCHESTER, KY - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On March 11, 2019 at approximately 3:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested an individual when he was dispatched to Rawlings Stinson Park where two subjects were possibly drinking alcoholic beverages and using illegal narcotics.
Arrested was:
Ben Rose age 56 of Manchester.
Upon making contact with the above mentioned male subject inside the kids fort of the playground, Sheriff Robinson ran the information of the above subject with Clay County 911 it was confirmed he had an active warrant for his arrest out of Laurel County District Court.
The above mentioned subject was in possession of alcoholic beverages, through investigation Sheriff Robinson determined the subject was intoxicated.
