Clay County, Ky. - On March 9, 2019 at 12:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson along with Clay County Deputy Sheriff Cody Blackwell arrested an individual at at Mike's Quick Stop.
Arrested was:
Roger Hoskins age 55 of Manchester, Ky.
The arrest occurred at Mike's Quick Stop when the Sheriff received a complaint of the above mentioned subject selling illegal narcotics.
Upon arrival Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson made contact with the above mentioned subject, Sheriff Robinson determined the male subject was under the influence.
