LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Travis Napier arrested a Clay County woman that turned herself in Tuesday afternoon on March 5, 2019 at approximately 4:40 PM.
Arrested was:
Ginger F. Shell age 44 of Manchester, Ky.
The arrest occurred at the Sheriff’s office in London after this individual turned themselves in and was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
