Clay County, Ky.- Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On March 4th, 2019 at approximately 6:30 PM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested female subject at a gas station on US 421 south of Manchester.
Arrested was :
Debbie Williams age 37 of Sandhill Road.
The arrest occurred at Alvin's Gas Station when Chief Deputy Jones came in contact with the female subject inside the store.
Chief Deputy Jones determined the female was under the influence, upon search of the above mentioned subjects belongings Chief Deputy Jones located Drug Paraphernalia and illegal controlled substances.
