Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 1, 2019 at approximately 6:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jeremy Gabbard arrested an individual after being dispatched to a complaint.
Arrested was:
Betty Russell age 29 of McKee, Ky.
The arrest occurred inside the Arrowhead Court Trailer Park when Deputy Gabbard was dispatched to a complaint of a female subject kicking a door to a residence where she wasn't welcomed.
Upon arrival Deputy Gabbard made contact with the above mentioned subject and determined she was under the influence.
While investigating the incident the above mentioned female became disorderly and shouting she wasn't going to jail and urinated on herself.
