Disorderly Conduct Arrest / Clay County

Clay County, Ky. -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting on February 21, 2019 at approximately 12:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Billy Hubbard age 24 of South Highway 421.

The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston was investigating a Domestic Violence Complaint on Smith Road when Deputy Houston observed the above mentioned male subject and another male at a next door residence to the initial complaint location.

The above mentioned subject was manifestly under the influence of alcoholic beverages, the above mentioned subject was confrontational and wouldn’t cooperate with the investigation.

Once placed under arrest the above mentioned subject became disorderly and appeared combative toward the Deputy and assisting Trooper.

Billy Hubbard age 24 of South Highway 421 was charged with:

  • Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place (1st and 2nd Offense)
  • Obstructing Governmental Operations
  • Disorderly Conduct, 1st Degree
  • Menacing
  • Assisting at the scene was Kentucky State Police Trooper Logan Gay.
