4 arrested at Trespassing Complaint / Clay County

Clay County, Ky. -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On February 20, 2019 at approximately 8:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell along with CSO Kendric Smith received a complaint of individuals on a property on South Highway 11.

Upon arrival Deputies located 2 male subjects in a driveway, when asked what they was doing they stated they was just looking around the property.

While investigating the complaint it was determined the two subjects was manifestly under the influence. In a house on the property they located another male subject inside the house and female subject hiding in a closet.

Once information was ran on the subjects, it was confirmed through Clay County 911 that the female subject had an active Clay County Indictment Warrant. 

Arthur Hubbard age 31 of Belles Fork Road was charged with:

  • Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
  • Criminal Trespassing- 3rd Degree
  • Giving Officer False Name or Address
  • Jerusalem Roark age 23 of Highway 11 was charged with:

  • Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
  • Criminal Trespassing- 3rd Degree
  • Matthew Gilbert age 47 of South Highway 11 was charged with:

  • Criminal Trespassing- 3rd Degree
  • Shaunta Bowling age 30 of Ice House Road was charged with:

  • Criminal Trespassing- 3rd Degree
  • Clay County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant
  • Assisting at the scene was Clay County CSO Dewey Grubb, Kentucky State Police Trooper Jarrod Smith and Manchester City Police Assistant Chief Jeff Collett.
