Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting on February 19, 2019 at approximately 6:30 PM Sheriff Patrick Robinson and CSO Wes Brumley arrested Roy Jarvis age 41 of Elbert Reid Road.
While providing Extra Patrol on House Branch Road they located two parked cars in a vacant area with a male subject leaned in the window of one of the cars parked appearing to attempt to make a transaction.
When Sheriff Patrick Robinson pulled his patrol car in, the above mentioned subject attempted to walk off.
When Sheriff Robinson made contact with the subject he located a black case on his person. Inside the case Sheriff Robinson located a digital scale, white powder substance and a quantity of Controlled Substances.
