KSP Charges Boyd Co. Man With Child Sexual Exploitation Offenses

ASHLAND, Ky. (February 18, 2019) — On February 16, 2019, at approximately 4:09 a.m., the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch arrested Milton Kruger, 41, on charges related to unlawful possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

Kruger was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect had been communicating about his activities with juveniles online.

The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Ashland on February 15, 2019. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.

Kruger is currently charged with four counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance. These charges are Class-D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison.

Kruger was lodged in the Boyd County Detention Center.
