Clay County, Ky. - ( February 18, 2019) - The City Of Manchester Fire Department is reporting that: On Sunday February 17, 2019 at approximately 1:00 PM Manchester & Lockard’s Creek Fire Units were Dispatched to a single motor vehicle accident on Ham Hollow Road.
Upon arrival units discovered the driver was pinned in by the door.
Assisting CCEMS Units were able to get both patients out of the passenger side of the truck.
Once one subject was removed from the vehicle he became combative with all emergency personnel.
Units assisted EMS with getting the patient to the truck and provided traffic control.
Allen’s Towing & Recovery removed the vehicle from the roadway.
Units then cleared the scene with no further incident.
Assisting at the scene: Kentucky State Police, Clay County Sheriff’s Office, Allen’s Towing & Recovery & Clay County EMS.
