Complaint in Horse Creek area of Manchester

Clay County, Ky. -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On February 16, 2019 at approximately 12:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston and CSO Wes Brumley arrested a Gregory Branch woman.

Arrested was:

Priscilla Lovins age 32 of Gregory Branch.

The arrest occurred when Deputies was dispatched to a complaint in the Horse Creek area of Manchester to a woman trying to flag down traffic.

When Deputies pulled up to the scene the above mentioned female subject proceeded to evade Deputies on foot.

When she was caught she began to resist arrest, once she was escorted back to the patrol car and placed in the back seat she started trying to kicking the cruisers windows out.

Assisting at the scene was Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards.

Priscilla Lovins was charged with:

  • Fleeing Evading a Police- 2nd Degree (On Foot)
  • Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol)
  • Resisting Arrest
  • Assault 2nd Degree (Police Officer)
  • Disorderly Conduct- 1st Degree
  • Criminal Mischief- 2nd Degree
  • Menacing
