Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On February 15, 2019 at approximately 12:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Ronald Hanna age 53 of Higgs Hollow.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brandon Edwards was dispatched to a complaint on PawPaw Road. This is the second complaint at the above mentioned address, upon arrival the first time the subject had left prior to Deputy Edwards showing up.
The second time dispatched out, Deputy Brandon Edwards made contact with the above mentioned subject and determined he was manifestly under the influence.
Once Deputy Brandon Edwards told the above mentioned to subject he was under arrest, the subject began to resist arrest.
The subject was taken into custody without further incident.
