More charges on a man arrested for Carrying a Concealed Weapon / Clay County

Clay County, Ky. (February 11, 2019) -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Clifton Jones has arrested an individual from Cotton Bend Road. The original arrest for this subject occurred on Saturday February 9, 2019 when he was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and gave the officer the name of “Bobby Henson”.

Arrested was:

Paul Henson age 38 of Cotton Bend Road.

After being lodged in the Clay County Detention Center. It was determined thru investigation that his name was actually Paul Henson and he had two active warrants.

Paul Henson was charged with the following:

  • Carrying a concealed weapon (Previously charged from February 9, 2019)
  • Giving False Name to Officer
  • Warrant of Arrest for Flagrant Non-Support ($41,000)
  • Serving Bench Warrant for Court
