Complaint of a male subject at a residence and wouldn’t leave

Clay County, Ky. (February 11, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested an individual south of Manchester on February 11, 2019 at approximately 12:30 AM.

Arrested was:

Cheyenne Gray age 45 of Grannys Branch Road.

The arrest occurred 2 miles south of Manchester when Deputy Edwards received a complaint of a male subject at a residence and wouldn’t leave.

Upon contact with the male subject it was determined he was manifestly under the influence. When the above mentioned male subject was told to place his hands behind his back, he balled his fist up and resisted arrest.

Assisting at the scene was Kentucky State Police Trooper Logan Wolfe and Kentucky State Police Trooper Jarrod Smith. 

Cheyenne Gray was arrested on the following:

  • Serving Bench Warrant for Court
  • Public Intoxication Controlled Substance (Excludes alcohol)
  • Menacing
  • Criminal Trespassing-1st Degree
  • Resisting Arrest
