Clay County, Ky. - The City Of Manchester Fire Department is reporting that: At approximately 5:30 PM on Friday February 8, 2019 Lockard’s Creek & Manchester Fire Units were dispatched to a single vehicle accident with possible injury on KY-149.
Upon arrival Units discovered that the operator of the vehicle had already fled the scene prior to their arrival.
Units assisted the Clay County Sheriff Office with traffic control until the roadway was cleared by Hackers Towing.
Units cleared the scene with no further incident.
Assisting at the scene was: Clay County Sheriff’s Office & Hackers Towing.
