Complaint of possible drug activity leads to 3 arrests in Clay County

Clay County, Ky. (February 10, 2019)- Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested three individuals on Saturday February 9, 2019 at approximately 11:00 PM after responding to a complaint of possible drug activity involving a vehicle.

Arrested was:

Timothy Smith age 40 of Charlie Sizemore Road

Patsy Davidson age 35 of Garrad

Shannon McQueen age 36 of North Thomas Branch Road.

The arrests occurred on February 9, 2019 at approximately 11:00 PM when Deputy Edwards received a complaint of possible drug activity involving a Gold Mustang.

On arrival at Charlie Sizemore Road, Deputy Edwards observed the Gold Mustang sitting in a driveway.

Upon making contact with the individuals it was determined they were manifestly under the influence.

Timothy Smith was charged with: Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol)

Patsy Davidson was charged with: Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol)

Shannon McQueen was charged with: Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol)
