Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested an individual in a business parking lot on February 7, 2019 at approximately 9:30 PM.
Arrested was Bonnie England age 41 of South Highway 421
The arrest occurred while providing extra patrol on South Highway 421 when Deputy Edwards noticed a vehicle parked in the parking lot of Alvin’s store with the driver passed out.
Upon making contact with the above mentioned subject Deputy Edwards determined she was manifestly under the influence.
She stated she had smoked Marijuana and Methamphetamine earlier that day.
