· Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jeremy Gabbard arrested Ashley Patterson age 29 of PawPaw Road on February 2, 2019 at approximately 2:30 PM.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Gabbard was dispatched to a complaint of a female subject covered in blood on PawPaw Road.
When Deputy Gabbard arrived on scene, the female had left the scene and went to the trailer park on PawPaw Road where Deputy Gabbard located the female subject.
She wasn’t covered in blood and refused medical treatment.
Deputy Gabbard performed filed sobriety test, in which the above mentioned subject failed and showed impairment and was determined to be manifestly under the influence.
