Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jeremy Gabbard arrested Brittany Hoskins age 27 of Big Creek on February 2, 2019 at approximately 9:30 PM.
The arrest occurred 14 miles South of Manchester when Deputy Gabbard was dispatched to a complaint of an intoxicated female inside the store.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject Deputy Gabbard determined she was manifestly under the influence. Once her information was ran through Clay County 911 it was confirmed she had active warrants out of Clay County District Court.
Deputy Gabbard noticed the above mentioned female subject had something in her mouth, it was a clear plastic baggy with white residue inside.
