Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested an individual at a grocery store south of Manchester on February 1, 2019.
Arrested was:
Jeffrey Brumley age 35 of London, Ky.
The arrest occurred 5 miles south of Manchester at Alvin's Grocery Store.
While Deputy Houston was inside the store the above mentioned subject entered the store and once the subject noticed the Deputy he turned and tried to leave.
Upon contact with the subject it was determined he was manifestly under the influence.
Jeffrey Brumley was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center on the following charges:
