Large bag of suspected Meth found on arrested suspect / Clay County

Clay County, Ky. -  Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On January 23, 2019 at approximately 11:20 AM Clay County Dispatch notified Sheriff Patrick Robinson and Kentucky State Police Trooper Don Trosper to an active domestic on E. Couch Road.

Upon arrival of the residence Sheriff Robinson observed two individuals arguing in the driveway.

Once the male subject was placed under arrest Sheriff Robinson located a large bag of suspected Methamphetamine on his person.

Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson charged Jerry Bonds age 38 of Highway 1524 with two active warrants of arrest out of Bell County District Court and Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree.

Bonds was Clay County Detention Center.
