Clay County, Ky. - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Sheriff Patrick Robinson along with Manchester City Police Cheif Chris Fultz answered a complaint of an abandoned truck off of Bales Creek Road on January 18, 2019 at :7:45 AM.
Upon arrival Sheriff Robinson and Cheif Fultz located the truck which was unoccupied, after running the VIN through Clay County 911 it was entered stolen roughly a week prior by the Manchester City Police.
