Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Clifton Jones and Deputy Wes Brumley arrested an individual at a residence 12 miles south of Manchester on January 16, 2019 at approximately 6:40 PM.
Arrested was Jennifer L Collins age 35 of Fish Trap Road
The arrest occurred 12 miles South of Manchester at the above mentioned subject's residence.
Jennifer L Collins was charged with Flagrant Non-Support out of Clay County Family Court with a bond of $21,000.
