Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that : Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested 2 individuals north of Manchester at the junction of US 421 / N. Hwy11 on January 15, 2019 at approximately 1:30 AM.

The arrest occurred 6 miles north of Manchester at A&B Store at the junction of North Highway 421 and North Highway 11.
Justin Mann was charged with a Clay County Warrant of Arrest for Theft by Unlawful taking-Auto $10,000 but under $100,000.
Morgan Hacker was charged with Theft by Unlawful taking-Auto $10,000 but under $100,000.
Both subjects were wanted by Manchester City Police in connection to an attempted car theft on Town Branch Road.
