Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Allen Turner arrested a subject off Dotson Road on Sunday night January 13, 2019 at approximately 10:03 PM.
Arrested was:
Clarence R. Riley age 29 of Manchester, Ky.
The arrest occurred off Dotson Road, approximately 2 miles east of London after this subject was charged on a Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of reckless driving and other violations.
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
