Manchester, Ky. (January 14, 2019) - Clay County Attorney Joseph C. White is announcing the creation of a new Facebook page for the Clay County Attorney's Office.
White said "The page is a new social media tool that will allow the County Attorney's Office to better serve the citizens of Clay County and the Commonwealth, I sincerely invite everyone to visit & like the page by clicking this link Clay County Attorney's Office."
New Clay County Attorney Joseph C. White was sworn in on December 27, 2018, his first day in office begin Monday December 31, 2018 at 4:31 PM.

Joseph C. White has appointed Richard Couch and Haley Jo Fields to serve as his Assistant County Attorneys.
Richard Couch previously served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney and is currently a
Major in the Kentucky Army National Guard, assigned to the 63rd Theater Aviation Brigade.
Haley Jo Fields comes to the Clay County Attorney’s
office after working for over seven years with the
Department of Public Advocacy as
a criminal defense attorney.
Fields and Couch were sworn in by Judge Oscar Gayle House on January 3rd, 2018 in the Clay County Circuit Court Room.
