Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Denise Collins age 31 of Upper Rader Road on January 12, 2019 at approximately 3:42 AM.
The arrest occurred roughly 1 mile south of Manchester at Mikes Quick Stop.
Deputy Brandon Edwards received a complaint through Clay County 911 in reference to a female that was extremely intoxicated.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject Deputy Edwards realized she was manifestly under the influence and was a danger to herself and others.
Denise Collins was charged with Public Intoxication Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol).
