Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Wes Brumley arrested an individual off south Highway 421 on January 11, 2019 at approximately 6:30 PM.
Arrested was Troy Revis age 42 of Right Hand Fork Billy’s Branch.
The arrest occurred 8 miles South of Manchester on south Highway 421.
Deputy Tommy Houston observed the above mentioned subject attempt to turn into a place of business, when the driver noticed the patrol car he continued driving.
Once the traffic stop was initiated the license plate on the vehicle did not belong to the truck being drove by this subject.
Troy Revis was charged with Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operator License, No Operator/Moped License, No Insurance and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.
