Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Wes Brumley arrested an individual off Curry Branch Road on January 11, 2019 at approximately 9:30 PM.
Arrested was:
Priscilla Lovins age 32 of Gregory Branch Road.
The arrest occurred 5 miles east of Manchester on Curry Branch Road.
While deputies was providing extra patrol on Curry Branch Road they initiated a traffic stop where the above mentioned subject was a passenger of the vehicle.
Once the subject's information was ran through Clay County’s 911 Center, it was confirmed she had an active warrant out of Clay County District Court.
Once the deputies asked her to step out of the vehicle she refused and became belligerent. She had to be physically removed out of the vehicle by Deputy Wes Brumley.
Priscilla Lovins was charged with a Clay County District bench warrant, Possession of Open Alcohol Beverage Container in Motor Vehicle, Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree, Menacing and Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.
