Clay County, Ky - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that : Clay County Sheriff Deputy Clifton Jones arrested an individual in the Paces Creek area on Thursday January 10, 2019 at approximately 3:24 PM.
Arrested was:
Walter Jordan, age 47 of Henson Lane.
The arrest occurred in the Paces Creek area while conducting an open investigation to a burglary of a residence.
Walter Jordan was charged with Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol) and a warrant out of Clay County Family Court for Flagrant Non-support for a bond of $30,000.
