Arrest for Possession of Controlled Substance & bench warrants / Clay County

Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy Dewey Grubb along with Deputy Jeremy Gabbard and Deputy Wes Brumley arrested an individual north of Manchester on Monday January 7, 2019 at approximately 4:40 PM.

Arrested was Amy Fultz age 30 of Gray, Ky.

The arrest occurred 6.5 miles north of Manchester after this subject was found in a field covered in mud.

During the search of the subject a black pouch was located that had a plastic baggie tied off with what appeared to be Methamphetamine. Which was later tested and showed as positive for Methamphetamine.

The subject was charged with Public Intoxication or Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol), Possession of Controlled Substance 1st offense (Methamphetamine), 2 Laurel County bench warrants for arrest and a Clay County bench warrant.
