On January 2, 2019 at 5:41 p.m. Sgt. Jeff Owens with the Harlan City Police Department arrested Gordon Fultz (18) of Cawood.
Mr. Fultz was involved in the shooting incident that took place December 11, 2018 in the parking lot of Cawood Elementary.
Sgt. Owens located Mr. Fultz and served the KSP arrest warrant. Mr. Fultz is charged with attempted murder, wanton endangerment 1st degree and unlawful possession of a weapon on school property.
He is lodged in the Harlan County Detention Center.
Case is still under investigation by Det. Josh Howard.
