LSO Officers arrest two individuals wanted on outstanding Felony Robbery warrants

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Taylor McDaniel, along with Sgt. Brett Reeves, Sgt. Chris Edwards, Deputy Joey Robinson, and Detective Kyle Gray arrested two individuals being sought on outstanding felony robbery Pulaski  County indictment warrants on Friday morning December 14, 2018 at approximately 10:43 AM.

The arrests occurred off Konitzer Lane 2 miles southwest of London.

During the arrests, the male subject failed to comply with deputies commands and following a short struggle with deputies was taken into custody.

A female subject also wanted on warrants was found in possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

The two arrested individuals were identified as:

  • Frank M. Pavlick age 34 of Konitzer Lane, London, charged with resisting arrest; possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – methamphetamine; disorderly conduct – second-degree; public intoxication – controlled substances. In addition, the subject was charged on a Pulaski County indictment warrant of arrest charging robbery – second-degree; receiving stolen property under $10,000.
  • Kimberly Cox age 25 of Konitzer Lane, London, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana. In addition, this subject was charged on a Pulaski Circuit Court indictment warrant of arrest charging complicity to commit robbery – second-degree; receiving stolen property under $10,000.
  • These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
