London, Ky. (December 11, 2018) – On Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at approximately 7:35 AM, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a call about a newborn baby that had been located deceased inside a trash bag on the front porch of a residence on Ham Hollow Road in Clay County.
KSP Detectives are currently on scene.
The remains will be sent to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort for an autopsy.
The cause and time of death are pending the autopsy.
KSP Detectives are continuing the investigation. They are being assisted by Clay County Sheriff’s Office and Manchester Police Department.
