Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Deputy Keith Dinsmore and Deputy Joey Robinson arrested two individuals at a disturbance complaint on Thursday afternoon December 6, 2018 at approximately 3:35 PM.
The 2 subjects arrested were identified as:
Larry C. Couch age 34 of London and Margaret Michelle Couch age 36 of London.
The arrests occurred off Bill George Road, just east of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint between two individuals there.
Upon arrival at the scene an investigation was conducted with the two subjects who were determined to be under the influence.
Both individuals were charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
Margaret couch was also found in possession of a needle and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
