Federal Fugitive arrested in Clay County

Manchester, KY - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that: An individual wanted on federal charges has been arrested in the Big Creek community of Clay County.

John D. Mosley age 39 of south Highway 421, Manchester, Ky. was wanted on federal charges by the ATF. 

The Manchester Police Department report on Facebook states that MPD Officer Taye Napier and CCSO Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Mosley without incident.

He was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

According to jail records, John D. Mosley was booked into LCDC by the U.S. Marshal Service on Wednesday December 5, 2018 at 11:31 P.M.
