Three arrested off Sasser School Road in Laurel County

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Sgt. Chris Edwards along with Detective Gary Mehler arrested three individuals while conducting a drug investigation off Sasser School Road approximately 1 mile east of London on Monday afternoon December 3, 2018 at approximately 3:26 PM.

The arrests occurred after detectives found a quantity of methamphetamine, a glass pipe, a straw, needles, and prescription pills in a plastic baggie. Also two individuals found there had outstanding bench warrants of arrest.

The three arrested were identified as:

Brian Rarrieck age 46 of Sasser School Rd., London, charged with possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; prescription controlled substances not in proper container – first offense. In addition, this subject was wanted on a Bell District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court.

Rhonda R. Rarrieck age 44 of Sasser School Rd., London, charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence; possession of a controlled substance – third-degree. Also, this subject was charged on a Knox District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of driving on DUI suspended license – first offense and other violations.

Tammy Carol Brummett age 41 of Winchester Ave., Middlesboro, KY, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
