One person airlifted following multiple injury traffic crash - Laurel County

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Robert Reed investigated a two vehicle injury traffic crash which occurred on Keavy Road (KY 363) approximately 3 miles South of London on Monday afternoon November 5, 2018 at approximately 1:50 PM.

The investigating deputy reports that apparently a white GMC pickup traveling northbound on Keavy Road crossed the centerline colliding headon with a black Hyundai Santa Fe.

The two vehicles came to rest blocking the roadway.

The driver of the white colored pickup was identified as Steven Maggard of London –Airlifted by Air Evac Helicopter to UK MedicalCenter, Lexington for treatment of injuries.

The Black Hyundai was driven by David Osborne with a passenger Tiffany Osborne, both of London and both were transported by Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County to St. Joseph Hospital London for treatment of injuries.

Assisting at the scene of the crash was Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County, London Laurel Rescue squad, Laurel County Fire department and Air Evac Helicopter.
