Manchester, KY - Mayor Garrison and Chief Fultz would like to reassure everyone that lives or has a business in Manchester, that the Manchester Police Department will continue to provide 24 hour coverage as it always has.
We would also like to add that MPD officers will respond to assist any Clay County Sheriff's Deputy or Kentucky State Police Trooper that request assistance.
